Jeep events, trail rides, off-road activities, meetups, and similar activities may involve risks.

Participants are responsible for operating their vehicles safely, following applicable laws and trail or venue rules, understanding their own vehicle’s capabilities, and determining whether they are comfortable participating in an activity.

Nothing published by Wildly Rooted Sisterhood should be interpreted as professional driving, mechanical, recovery, or safety instruction.

Separate participation rules, waivers, or releases may apply to particular events.

THIRD-PARTY EVENTS & SERVICES

Wildly Rooted Sisterhood may share information about events, businesses, organizations, vendors, trails, venues, products, or services operated by third parties.

COMMUNITY CONDUCT

Wildly Rooted Sisterhood exists to promote sisterhood, community, respect, and a shared love of Jeep life and adventure.

Participation in Wildly Rooted Sisterhood groups, chapters, events, and activities may be subject to community standards, membership guidelines, and leadership requirements.

Wildly Rooted Sisterhood reserves the right to moderate its privately operated communities and, subject to applicable law and any governing organizational documents, restrict participation when conduct materially conflicts with established community rules or the mission of the organization.

CHAPTERS & LEADERSHIP

State chapters, chapter leadership, ambassadors, representatives, and volunteers must follow applicable Wildly Rooted Sisterhood policies, branding standards, leadership expectations, and mission.

Authorization to represent Wildly Rooted Sisterhood may be withdrawn when a representative or chapter fails to follow applicable requirements, subject to any governing agreements or organizational documents.

Individuals may not create an unauthorized chapter, merchandise line, social media account, fundraiser, sponsorship, or business relationship that represents itself as officially operated or approved by Wildly Rooted Sisterhood.

CHARITABLE & FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES

Participation in or promotion of a fundraiser does not necessarily mean Wildly Rooted Sisterhood is a tax-exempt charitable organization.

When Wildly Rooted Sisterhood supports an outside charity or organization, information regarding the beneficiary should be provided with the applicable fundraiser whenever appropriate.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Wildly Rooted Sisterhood is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on general informational content or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
